Finally, a fourth pending complaint alleges $3,000,000 in investor damages. According to FINRA BrokerCheck, Jason Kimber is currently registered as a broker with J.W. Cole Financial, Inc. in Logan, UT. Kimber was also previously registered with Summit Capital/Allegis Investment Services from 2014 to 2018.
