According to FINRA’s Brokercheck Report, Jason Kimber of Logan, UT has received two investor complaints alleging that while he was affiliated with multiple broker dealers between July 2014 and June 2022, Kimber’s former partner, Stephen Swensen, was involved in a fraud. Investors further allege that Kimber indirectly benefited from the operation, and that Kimber should have identified the operation as a fraud.
The first complaint, filed on November 1st, 2022, alleges $10.5 million in investor damages. The second complaint, filed on December 20th, 2022, alleges $3 million in investor damages. Both complaints are currently pending.
