William Hayden: $265k Investor Complaint at Texas Securities

According to FINRA BrokerCheck, William Dallas Hayden has been hit with a customer complaint alleging $265,000 in damages to the customer’s Texas Securities account. 

The customer alleges that the investment recommended was not in her best interest and that manipulative methods were used to induce the purchase of the joint venture interest. Further, the customer alleges that the joint venture agreement was not signed by a qualified individual and is not valid.
