According to FINRA BrokerCheck, Valentina Maldonado Hepler was discharged from PFS Investments Inc. on March 21st, 2023 following her termination from PFSI’s life insurance affiliate, after submitting for an increase in coverage on a term life application with questionable and/or invalid information.
Valentina Hepler was previously hit with a regulatory disclosure from the Maryland Insurance Administration in 2017, which alleged that she allowed her husband, an allegedly convicted felon, to assist in her office on a number of occasions without obtaining consent from the State of Maryland.
The former PFS Investments broker consented to sanctions of a $5,000 fine and was ordered to attend continued education. She has also been hit with two financial disclosures for bankruptcy in 2014 and 2018.
