According to FINRA BrokerCheck, Randall George Skrabonja was discharged from Green Vista Capital on May 4th, 2023 due to allegations that he engaged in selling away from his firm without approval. Skrabonja has four additional disclosures.
In a recently settled customer complaint, the customer alleged Skrabonja sold them an unsuitable alternative investment which did not align with their strategy, to preserve their principal and avoid any unnecessary risk with their liquid assets. The complaint was settled for $7,500.
Two additional customer complaints alleged that Skrabonja’s advice to purchase variable annuities and additional securities were not suitable. The complaints were denied by the firm. Skrabonja’s final public disclosure is a second employment termination, from Metlife Securities, which alleged he engaged in outside business activities without the firm’s approval.
