Daniel Snodgrass Terminated From BCG Securities and UBS:

According to FINRA BrokerCheck, Daniel Stephen Snodgrass was terminated from BCG Securities on July 6, 2023 due to allegations that he violated the firm’s policies and procedures relating to servicing a customer’s account.

Snodgrass was registered as a broker with BCG Securities in Cherry Hill, NJ from 2017 to 2023. His BrokerCheck report also discloses that Snodgrass was terminated from UBS Financial Services in 2016 due to allegations that he violated several firm policies in connection with his failure to conduct sufficient due diligence during the onboarding of a new client.

Additionally, Snodgrass has two customer complaints and one tax lien disclosed. The customer complaints alleged misrepresentation and failure to follow instructions, however, both complaints were denied by the firm. Investors should be aware that the denial of a customer complaint by a brokerage firm does not mean that the complaint does not have merit. Investors may still pursue a FINRA arbitration claim to recover their investment losses by contacting KlaymanToskes
