According to FINRA BrokerCheck, John P. Franzino is currently registered as a broker with Ameritas Investment Company, and is also doing business as J&M Financial Services in Massapequa, NY. Franzino was previously registered with NYLIFE Securities in Melville, NY.

John Franzino was also previously registered with MML Investors Services and MSI Financial Services in Massapequa, NY. Franzino is facing a pending customer complaint which alleges damages to the investor related to 14 life insurance policies purchased. The customer alleges forgery and that he did not sign, consent, or participate in the application process naming him and using his company bank account.
