Stacy Ann Compagno a/k/a Stacy Myers (
CRD# 2824392

According to FINRA BrokerCheck, Staci Ann Compagno was previously registered as a stockbroker with DFPG Investments from 2020 to 2022 in Sandy, UT and with Allegis Investment Services from 2014 to 2019 in South Jordan, UT. Compagno is currently registered as an investment adviser with TownSquare Capital in Provo, UT.

Compagno’s FINRA BrokerCheck discloses two investor complaints. The most recent complaint, filed in October 2022, alleges failure to supervise and an unauthorized outside business activity, which was hidden from the firm. The complaint further alleges that in her duties as Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) at Allegis Investment Services (a now defunct firm), Compagno allegedly failed to supervise a former representative who placed investor assets into a fund that did not exist. The complaint is pending and alleges $2,000,000 in investor damages.

Compagno’s broker comment states “The alleged conduct at issue was intentionally hidden from the firm.” A second complaint filed in June 2016 alleged failure to supervise personnel in charge of the account and that the investor suffered a loss of $400,000.

Although Allegis Investment Services is currently not registered as a brokerage firm and was terminated by the SEC in 2019, investors can still pursue individual loss recovery claims against the stockbrokers and financial advisers that caused investment losses.

A Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) securities arbitration claim may be the best solution to recover investment losses. FINRA arbitration is a cost-effective process for investors, often occurring with increased speed and efficiency over litigation, allowing investors to maintain greater flexibility over their case.
