Gregory Sain’s Customer Complaints: 

According to FINRA BrokerCheck, Gregory Robert Sain has three customer complaints disclosed. Sain’s most recent investor complaint alleged that he recommended positions that were not in line with the customer’s risk profile or instructions. The complaint was settled in favor of the investor for $26,250. 

In addition, a second customer complaint alleged that Sain’s recommendation to purchase a preferred security was out of the scope of the client’s mandate to buy municipal bonds. A third customer complaint alleged suitability of transactions and was settled in favor of the investor for $58,500.
