According to FINRA BrokerCheck, Hector Robert Negrete was discharged from Transamerica Financial Advisors on April 20, 2023 due to allegations that his firm received notification from the California Department of Insurance that his life insurance license had been revoked.
Hector Negrete has four additional disclosures. A regulatory disclosure initiated by the California Department of Insurance alleged that Negrete failed to disclose criminal events, falsely answered a renewal question, and failed to respond to a request for information. A criminal disclosure from 2019 states that Negrete was charged and convicted of a misdemeanor. He also has two tax lien disclosures.
