National investor fraud law firm, KlaymanToskes, has commenced an investigation (“Edgar Kleydman Axa Advisors Investigation”) into former Axa Advisors (n/k/a Equitable Advisors) Edgar A Kleydman (“Edgar Kleydman”) in light of a disciplinary bar disclosed by FINRA. In October 2021, FINRA barred Edgar Kleydman from the securities industry. The bar relates to Edgar Kleydman’s refusal to appear for on-the-record testimony to FINRA. The OTR testimony is in regard to whether he engaged in private securities transactions without providing written notice to Axa Advisors.
According to a recent FINRA Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent, the financial regulator barred former Axa Advisors broker Edgar Kleydman (Brooklyn, NY) for refusing to appear for on-the-record testimony relating to its investigation. FINRA’s investigation relates to whether Edgar Kleydman engaged in private securities transactions without providing written notice to Axa Advisors.
According to BrokerCheck, Edgar Kleydman has three customer disputes, including two in 2021. One dispute on record with FINRA from August 2021 contains causes of action of breach of fiduciary duty, unsuitability, breach of contract and negligence relating to options and common stock.
