According to FINRA BrokerCheck, Diana Egudin was discharged from Union Capital Group (UCAP Securities) on March 13th, 2023 due to allegations that an internal review of emails revealed that she had emailed confidential client information to her personal email account.
In addition, Union Capital Group (UCAP Securities) determined that Egudin also sent confidential client information to two other registered representatives’ personal email accounts, and to an email address at an unaffiliated broker-dealer. She allegedly joined the other firm immediately after UCAP Securities terminated her employment.
