The most recent complaint was lodged in March 2023, with the client alleging misrepresentation in relation to private equity investments made between 2018 and 2020. The case is currently pending. The complaint pertains to managed and wrap accounts, which are investment portfolios that a brokerage manages for a client for a flat fee. The alleged misrepresentation occurred while Gascoyne was registered with Morgan Stanley.
