Wilson Kwok, a financial advisor from Daly City, California, is facing a complaint from an investor. According to FINRA Brokercheck, Kwok works as both a broker for Wells Fargo Clearing Services and an investment advisor for Wells Fargo Advisors. The customer is alleging over $600,000 in damages due to allegations that Kwok breached his fiduciary duty by recommending unsuitable investments and misrepresenting the nature of those investments.

Kwok has been working in the financial industry for 18 years and has been registered with Wells Fargo Clearing Services as a broker since 2011 and as an investment advisor since 2013. Before that, he worked at Wells Fargo Investments, Wells Fargo Advisors, Citigroup Global Markets, and Citicorp Investment Services.
