Westpark Capital Broker Victor Sibilla Faces Another Customer Complaint

Victor Sibilla, a financial advisor registered with Westpark Capital, is currently facing a pending customer complaint filed on July 9, 2025, alleging $100,000 in damages. According to FINRA BrokerCheck, the customer alleges negligence, failure to comply with best interest and suitability, and other securities violations in relation to the handling of a customer’s account.

This customer complaint is the latest of many disclosures publicly available on Sibilla’s FINRA BrokerCheck record. In a customer complaint filed on May 26, 2017, Sibilla was allegedly involved in business transactions in a state he was not licensed in. Another complaint filed on November 22, 2022 alleged that Sibilla unsuitability recommended CLS Holdings and potentially other private placements. Both complaints were settled in favor of the investors.
