During this exam, he allegedly made comments to the compliance department that he might have used time and price discretion for longer than allowed. The firm is now allegedly looking into whether there are records that confirm this possible violation of industry rules and company policies. Following this disclosure, Musielski reportedly chose to resign from his job at Cambria Capital.
According to FINRA BrokerCheck, Musielski has worked for companies including Spencer Edwards, Inc., J.P. Turner & Company, L.L.C., and Gunnallen Financial, Inc., all located in Placentia, CA. It is important to note that three of his nine previous employers have been expelled by FINRA.
