Ex-Morgan Stanley Broker Ralph Jackson Hit With SEC Investigation

Financial advisor Ralph Jackson, formerly associated with Morgan Stanley, is being investigated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and has reportedly been subpoenaed for information related to a transaction involving Essential Coolers, LLC. In May 2025, Jackson was reportedly terminated from Morgan Stanley due to allegations regarding his participation in undisclosed and unapproved financial transactions involving clients and third parties.

Broker Ralph Jackson has also reportedly been involved in several customer complaints. A complaint filed in January 2020 was settled in favor of the investors for $165,000, while a second customer complaint was settled in favor of the investors for $350,000. According to FINRA BrokerCheck, Jackson was registered as a broker with Morgan Stanley from June 2009 to June 2025 in Los Angeles, CA.
