Broker Mark Stanley Faces Investor Dispute Over Options Strategy

Mark Stanley, a broker with Osaic Wealth, is currently facing an investor dispute. According to his BrokerCheck record, a customer filed a complaint on June 17, 2024. The investor alleges that Stanley used an options strategy without authorization. This strategy allegedly led to the sale of stock and caused capital gains taxes.  

A second customer complaint, filed on November 15, 2023, alleged that Stanley induced the customers to surrender a variable annuity and invest the proceeds thereof in a managed account against their best interest. The complaint was settled in favor of the investors for $159,000.83.
