Complaint Filed Against Beverly Hills Financial Advisor Mark Grueninger

A customer complaint has been filed against Beverly Hills financial advisor Mark Grueninger of UBS’ The Grueninger Group, alleging damages of more than $1 million. The complaint alleges that Grueninger, while employed by UBS Financial Services, allowed the customers’ accountant to exceed the scope of what was allowed by his Power of Attorney. This allegedly led to the unapproved use of the clients’ line of credit, causing losses of $1,885,552.

Mark Grueninger has 22 years of experience in the securities industry and has been employed with UBS Financial Services since 2014. He has also previously worked with Merrill Lynch, Banc of America, and UBS Painewebber, according to FINRA BrokerCheck records.
