Customers of Broker Loren Morrison Allege $1.7 Million in Damages 

Financial advisor Loren Morrison, of Stifel Nicolaus & Company, is currently involved in four pending customer complaints alleging $1,767,693 in collective investor damages. The disputes include allegations of fraud, unauthorized trading, negligence, and violation of FINRA Rules 2111 and 2010. Between 2010 and 2022, three additional customer disputes involving Morrison that resulted in settlements totaling $2.3 million. These disputes included allegations of unsuitable investment recommendations, breach of fiduciary duty, excessive trading, and unauthorized transactions. Morrison was previously registered as a financial advisor with UBS Financial Services and LPL Financial. According to FINRA BrokerCheck, Morrison is currently registered with Stifel Nicolaus & Company in Southfield, Michigan.
