According to FINRA Brokercheck, Kittiany Davis Barrios, formerly of PFS Investments in was barred by FINRA in October 2024 for refusing to cooperate with an investigation regarding possible undisclosed outside business activities and private securities transactions, following her resignation from the firm in January 2024.

This constituted violations of both Rule 8210 and Rule 2010, which requires brokers to maintain high standards of commercial honor in their business conduct. In January 2024, PFS Investments reported that Davis Barrios resigned during an internal review regarding undisclosed outside business activities and private securities transactions.
