Broker Kimson Cao Terminated by Edward Jones

Financial advisor Kimson Cao of Edward Jones has been terminated from the firm following allegations that he failed to timely notify the Firm after receiving indications of a client’s potential diminished capacity. Cao was also previously involved in a customer complaint which alleged a conflict of interest, including referral of a client to an estate attorney while the client was alleged to have diminished mental capacity. Further, the Petitioner, guardian over decedent’s accounts, alleges this was done to secure the financial advisor as the lifelong advisor over the investments. According to FINRA BrokerCheck, Cao is currently employed  with San Blas Securities.
