Financial Advisor Kevin Dauphinee Faces Customer Allegations

Kevin Dauphinee, a financial advisor from Las Vegas, is facing customer allegations of unsuitable investment advice. The complaint, filed in July 2024, alleges that Dauphinee recommended an investment strategy involving fixed and variable annuity products while he was with Portsmouth Financial Services, which was not in the customer’s best interest. According to records from the Securities and Exchange Commission, Dauphinee previously worked with Portsmouth Financial Services, and is now registered as an investment advisor with CreativeOne Wealth. Dauphinee also reportedly works for Gold Standard Wealth Management.  Dauphinee has also reportedly worked with several other firms, including AlphaStar Capital Management, Eagle Strategies, and NYLife Securities.
