The most recent complaint filed against Dagostino alleges $1,000,000 in investor damages and that the customer is seeking return of funds for an IPO transaction that never took place.

Former Aegis Capital Broker Keith Dagostino: 15 Customer Complaints

Former Aegis Capital Corp. broker Keith Dagostino has been hit with complaints from 15 customers about his alleged unsuitable investment recommendations. According to FINRA BrokerCheck, broker Keith Dagostino has been registered with EF Hutton since October 2023 in Woodbury, NY. Dagostino was previously registered with Aegis Capital Corp. from October 2014 to November 2023 in Melville, NY.
