According to FINRA BrokerCheck, Judah Spinner, a former broker at PFS Investments,, has been suspended by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) due to findings that he participated in private securities transactions by soliciting individuals to invest in an investment fund without providing written notice to his member firm. The findings also stated that in total, individuals invested over $1 million in the fund.

Judah Spinner, who used to work as a broker for PFS Investments has been suspended by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Spinner was fined $10,000 and suspended for 12 months. FINRA’s investigation found that between June and December 2021 and January 2022 and January 2024, while associated with PFS Investments, Spinner participated in 41 private securities transactions without providing written notice to the firm, in violation of FIN RA Rules 3280 and 2010.
FINRA found that Spinner participated in private securities transactions by soliciting individuals to invest in an investment fund. Specifically, he spoke with interested individuals about investing in the fund, answered inquiries concerning the fund from those individuals, and provided prospective investors with a private placement memorandum describing the fund. In total, Spinner participated in 41 separate private securities transactions in which 30 individuals invested over $1 million in the fund. Judah Spinner was registered as a broker with PFS Investments from January 2022 to January 2024 in Las Vegas, NV.
