According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Jeffrey Arbeit was permanently barred from acting as a broker by FINRA due to findings that he refused to provide information and documents as requested by FINRA in connection to the regulator’s investigation into allegations made by his member firm on a Form U5 filling. The findings state that Arbeit was terminated from Farmers Financial because he failed to report private securities transactions.

Jeffrey Arbeit Barred by FINRA After Alleged Private Securities Transactions

FINRA’s investigation found that on March 7, 2025, Farmers Financial Solutions filed a Form U5 disclosing that Arbeit’s association with the firm had been terminated for “failing to report private securities transaction pursuant to FINRA Rule 3280 and Firm policy.” In June 2025, Arbeit refused to produce information and documents as requested by FINRA staff. By refusing to produce the information and documents as requested pursuant to FINRA Rule 8210, Arbeit violated FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010. Broker Jeffrey Arbeit was registered with Farmers Financial Solutions from March 2016 to March 2025 in Austin, TX.
