Hagin Richeson Faces Multiple Investor Disputes 

Several investors have reportedly made complaints against financial advisor Hagin Richeson. Two pending customer complaints are seeking $3,100,000 in collective investor damages and allege that Richeson broke federal securities laws, did not act in his customers’ best interest, breached fiduciary duty, and misrepresented investments. Between 2023 and 2024, four additional customer complaints were made against Richeson. Three out of the four complaints were settled in favor of the investors. 

In 2022, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation took action against Richeson. The regulator alleged that Richeson engaged in investment advisory business without lawful registration. 

Richeson agreed to cease and desist from violations of chapter 517, Florida statutes, and consented to a fine of $4,000. Richeson has been registered with Corinthian Partners since 2016 in Clearwater, Florida.
