Financial Advisor Eva Ovejero Faces $3 Million Investor Complaint

Eva Ovejero, a financial advisor from Miami, FL, is facing a complaint from an investor who alleges damages of over $3 million. According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Ovejero works as both a broker and an investment advisor with Raymond James & Associates. The complaint further alleges that the customer was advised to invest with a third-party, in investments managed and held away from Morgan Stanley. Ovejero has been registered with Raymond James & Associates in Miami, FL since 2023. Before that, she worked with Morgan Stanley from March 2012 to June 2023.
