National investment loss lawyers KlaymanToskes is investigating suspended broker Dwayne Jude Bullen (CRD# 6394076) a/k/a Matthew Bullen, formerlyof Worden Capital Management, Joseph Stone Capital, and VCS Venture Securities.

According to FINRA BrokerCheck, broker Dwayne Bullen, formerly of Worden Capital and Joseph Stone Capital, was involved in a customer complaint whereby the customer was awarded $1,277,632 in damages. The customer alleged that their account was fraudulently churned for commissions. The customer also alleged excessive trading, excessive commissions, and unauthorized transactions.

Bullen was suspended by FINRA in July 2022 after he failed to comply with an arbitration award or settlement agreement or to satisfactorily respond to a FINRA request to provide information concerning the status of compliance.

According to FINRA BrokerCheck, broker Dwayne Bullen, formerly of Worden Capital and Joseph Stone Capital, has been involved in a customer complaint where the customer was awarded $1,277,632 in damages. The complaint alleged churning for commissions and quantitative unsuitability (fraud) (FINRA Rule 2111), and qualitative and quantitative unsuitability (FINRA Rule 2111); failure to supervise and negligent supervision (FINRA Rule 3010); breach of fiduciary contract and implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing; negligent misrepresentation and omissions; and violation of standards of commercial honor and principles of trade (FINRA Rule 2010).

Bullen was suspended from acting as a broker by FINRA in July 2022 after he failed to comply with an arbitration award or settlement agreement or to satisfactorily respond to a FINRA request to provide information concerning the status of compliance. The suspension continues until required payment is made or discharged. According to FINRA BrokerCheck, Bullen was registered as a broker with Joseph Stone Capital from August 2020 to September 2021, and with VCS Venture Securities from September 2021 to January 2022.
