Broker Chadwick Carrick Hit With Customer Complaint 

Chadwick Carrick, also known as Chadwick David Carrick and Chad Carrick, from Mobile, Alabama, is a stockbroker previously registered with Stifel Nicolaus & Company Inc., and currently registered with The Jeffrey Matthews Financial Group, L.L.C. According to FINRA BrokerCheck, Carrick was involved in a customer complaint which was settled for $300,000. The customer alleged negligence, failure to supervise, excessive trading, churning, and breach of fiduciary duty. 

 According to FINRA records, Carrick was also involved in another customer-initiated FINRA securities arbitration claim, which was settled in favor of the investor for $35,000. The customer’s allegations included unsuitable investments, vicarious liability, breach of contract, violations of securities regulatory rules, violations of Mississippi Securities Law, unauthorized trading and breach of fiduciary duty.
