Financial advisor Brian Gardiner, formerly of Cabot Lodge Securities, has been hit with a customer complaint alleging $210,000 in damages. The complaint allegedly relates to investments in First Capital, Hospitality Investors Trust and Cole Capital. Gardiner is currently registered as a broker and investment advisor with Vanderbilt Securities and Vanderbilt Advisory Services in Westminster, MD. Gardiner was associated with Cabot Lodge Securities from June 2013 to May 2020, and with Coastal Equities from May 2020 to February 2023.
