Amy Furuno, a broker registered with Lucid Capital Markets in New York City was previously involved in a customer dispute alleging $3,350,000 in investor damages. The complaint alleged that while employed at Ladenburg Thalmann & Company, Furuno assisted in the unauthorized liquidation of a security and delivery of proceeds via wire to the customer’s partner. Furuno’s previous registrations include positions at Ladenburg Thalmann & Company in New York from 2002 to 2024, and Ladenburg Capital Management in Bethpage, New York from 1999 to 2002.
