National investor fraud law firm, KlaymanToskes has commenced an investigation of former Triad Advisors and current Arkadios Capital broker Alan Stuart Berger (“Alan Berger Triad Advisors GPB Investigation”) in light of a FINRA arbitration filed against Alan Berger in September 2020 alleging GPB Capital losses. GPB Capital sold and marketed non-registered private placement notes through inadequate disclosure of illiquidity, high risks and commissions which made the investments unsuitable for most investors.

Alan Berger was registered with Triad Advisors, LLC from March 2014 to April 2019. Brokerage firms like Triad Advisors were required to perform due diligence prior to recommending GPB to their customers and the failure to do so may result in liability.
According to the Securities and Exchange Commission, GPB principals and their affiliated entities were charged “with running a Ponzi-like scheme that raised over $1.7 billion from securities issued by a New York-based asset management firm and registered investment adviser, GPB Capital”.
According to FINRA BrokerCheck, a Claimant filed an arbitration claiming $100,000 in damages against former Triad Advisors, LLC broker Alan Berger relating to GPB Holdings investment losses. Alan Berger’s BrokerCheck Report shows that he was a registered representative and investment advisor representative with Triad Advisors, LLC. from March 2014 to April 2019 and his employer location was Norcross, GA.
Alan Berger currently is a registered representative with Arkadios Capital and an investment advisor with Arkadios Wealth in Atlanta, GA. Alan Berger’s BrokerCheck also contains information regarding his Other Business Activities, which includes investment-related work at Foresight Financial Partners.
