I deny all allegations made against me from this individual. I was not privy to any negotiations and did not participate in the settlement.”
According to FINRA BrokerCheck, Lubitz was registered with Aegis Capital Corp. from August 2015 to December 2022. Lubitz is currently registered as a broker with Equitable Advisors at Melville, NY.
