According to FINRA BrokerCheck, David Menashe, a former broker at Benchmark Investments and Allied Millennial Partners is facing a customer complaint alleging $783,000 in damages due to churning, fraud, unauthorized trading, and other alleged violations of securities rules. 

Menashe was permanently barred from acting as a broker by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) on July 15, 2022, in connection with findings that he refused to appear for on-the-record testimony requested by FINRA in connection with its investigation into potential unsuitable and excessive trading in customer accounts.
