Raymond James Broker Pasquale Evangelista Faces $277K Investor Dispute

Pasquale Evangelista, a broker with Raymond James & Associates, is currently involved in a dispute with an investor. According to his BrokerCheck record, the investor alleges that Evangelista had a conflict of interest because he was handling accounts for the investor’s sibling and the investor’s mother’s trust. After the transfer, the investor’s account was frozen, and investments were sold off because the account balance was too low to meet loan requirements.  The investor is seeking to recover $277,686 in damages.
