Former Financial Advisor Gerry Linarducci Tied to $300M Ponzi Scheme

Financial advisor Gerardo Lorenzo Linarducci, also known as Gerry Linarducci, was formerly employed by MML Investors Services, LLC in Indianapolis, IN. He has recently been linked to the sale of Drive Planning, LLC. 

The Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) has charged Drive Planning, LLC with running a $300 million Ponzi scheme. According to court documents from the SEC’s complaint, Linarducci told potential investors that he was a “managing director” of Drive Planning. He allegedly promised these investors a guaranteed 10% return on their money. However, he did not tell them that the returns would come from new investors’ money. The judge in the Drive Planning, LLC SEC case has appointed a receiver to manage the assets and recoverable assets until further notice from the court.
