Former Wealthforge Broker Dwight Kay Faces Private Placement Loss Claims

Dwight Kay, a broker with a history in multiple firms, is currently facing a series of customer complaints regarding private placement investment losses. Kay, who is presently registered with Fnex Capital, LLC in Indianapolis, Indiana since 2022, has previously been linked with several other firms including Growth Capital Services, Inc., Wealthforge Securities, LLC, Colorado Financial Service Corporation, and Concorde Investment Services, LLC.

According to his Central Registration Depository (CRD) report, Kay has been the subject of seven customer complaints between 2010 and 2023.

These complaints allege that Kay failed to conduct due diligence on an investment called NP Skyloft DST, misrepresented the investment, and did not disclose critical facts about it to the claimants. One of these complaints was denied.

The complaints, which are still pending, have resulted in clients seeking substantial amounts in damages.

In April 2023, two separate cases saw clients requesting $552,535.65 and $1,179,043.06 respectively. In March of the same year, another customer sought $295,000. February 2023 saw a claim for $1,800,000 and in January 2023, two complaints were filed with customers seeking $2,523,243.13 and $4,108,931.83 respectively.

Currently, he is registered at Fnex Capital, LLC (2022-). He has been the subject of seven customer complaints between 2010 and 2023, one of which was denied. He is currently facing pending charges for misrepresentation and failure to disclose material facts concerning investments.
