Mr. Ferrer is a native of San Juan, Puerto Rico. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in human resources at IntraAmerican University of Puerto Rico. He then remained at IntraAmerican University to earn his Juris Doctorate degree. Eduardo Ferrer was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in 2002. Thereafter, he was also admitted to the United States District Court of Puerto Rico and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Mr. Ferrer is a former member of the Puerto Rico House of Representatives having served in office from May 24, 2012- July 1, 2013. He then served as Majority Whip of the Puerto Rico House of Representatives from January 2-2013-July 1, 2013. Eduardo Ferrer concentrates his law practice in both civil and criminal litigation, including torts, real estate and notary law. Mr. Ferrer currently represents corporate, educational, and financial institutions.
