Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and a Juris Doctor from Interamerican University of Law. Has been admitted to the practice of law since 2002 in Puerto Rico. He is admitted to the United States District Court of Puerto Rico and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Concentrates in Civil and Criminal litigation. Other areas of practice of law includes Torts,  Real Estate and Notary Law. Currently represents Corporate,  Educational and Financial Institutions. Former member of the House of Representatives and whip of the majority.
