Anthony J. Badway is a civil litigator, with experience at both the state and federal level. After moving from New Jersey to Florida for college, Anthony received his Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, from Barry University. Anthony then attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law School, where he graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2014.

Anthony is admitted to practice law in Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.

While in law school, Anthony worked as a Research Assistant, and worked multiple other internships, including for the Nicklaus Companies. While at the Nicklaus Companies, Anthony co-authored a law review article on Publicity and Privacy Rights along with General Counsel at the Nicklaus Companies, James H. Schnare, II. The law review article was prepared as a supplemental reading for a panel discussion held at the 2013 Fall Meeting of the American Bar Association Section of International Law in London, England.

After passing the bar exam, Anthony practiced in civil litigation at the state and federal level. His practice areas focused on: General Business Litigation, Mortgage Foreclosure Defense Litigation, Personal Injury, and Federal Intellectual Property claims, primarily Trademark Infringement.

In his spare time, Anthony enjoys playing sports and participating as a coach for table tennis. Anthony has competed in the Florida Orange Blossom Cup, and various other nationally sanctioned table tennis events. His students also compete at the cadet, junior, as well as the senior citizen levels. Anthony also spends time with his family and friends at cultural events and traveling to see new places.
