Barred Broker Marc Korsch: 53 Customer Complaints

National investment loss lawyers KlaymanToskes is investigating former broker and investment advisor Marc Frederick Korsch (CRD# 5525226) following his permanent bar from associating with any FINRA-regulated brokerage firm in all capacities, in addition to his 53 customer complaints alleging millions in damages.

Korsch was barred from acting as a stockbroker by FINRA on March 4th, 2022 due to his failure to respond to the regulator’s request for information in its investigation. Korsch is currently facing 36 pending customer complaints.

The majority of customer complaints filed against Korsch alleged that he made unsuitable, high-risk, and illiquid alternative investment recommendations. Many complaints allege misrepresented investment-related information, and that the broker breached his fiduciary duty to his customers.

According to FINRA Brokercheck, Marc Korsch was previously associated with the following brokerage firms:

  • Arkadios Capital from March to September 2021 in Sarasota, FL.
  • Centaurus Financial from 2014 to 2021 in Sarasota, FL.
  • Trustmont Financial Group from 2011 to 2014 in Sarasota, FL.

If you suffered investment losses with Marc Korsch while he was affiliated with Arkadios Capital or Centaurus Financial, contact attorney Lawrence L. Klayman, Esq. at (888) 997-9956 or lklayman@klaymantoskes.com for a free and confidential consultation to discuss recovery options. We do not collect attorney’s fees unless we are able to obtain a financial recovery for you.

What Are Stockbrokers and Investment Advisors Responsible For?

Stockbrokers, investment advisors, and their firms are responsible for providing suitable investment advice in compliance with Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) rules and guidelines. In the event of non-compliance with securities industry standards leading to a customer incurring investment losses, brokers/financial advisors and their firms may be held liable through a FINRA arbitration claim

Our firm believes FINRA arbitration is the most ideal path for investors seeking to recover realized or unrealized investment losses, as arbitration is a more efficient and productive use of investors’ time and resources over a court proceeding. We offer legal services on a contingency basis, meaning we do not collect attorney’s fees unless we are able to obtain a recovery for you.

KlaymanToskes encourages investors who did business with Marc Frederick Korsch at Arkadios Capital and/or at Centaurus Financial in Sarasota, FL or any other location to review their accounts for investment losses. If you suffered losses due to investment recommendations by Marc Korsch, contact attorney Lawrence L. Klayman, Esq. today at (888) 997-9956 for a free and confidential consultation, or by email at lklayman@klaymantoskes.com, to learn more about the arbitration process and recovery options.
