KKR Capital Broker Matthew Koelliker Faces Customer Complaint

Matthew Koelliker, a registered broker with KKR Capital Markets, is currently involved in a customer dispute. The complaint alleges $15,032,924 in damages. A second customer complaint is also pending and alleges a decrease in value of the customer’s limited partnership interest and subsequent failure to honor, in full, the customer’s redemption request.

A previous customer dispute involving Koelliker was settled in favor of the investor for $650,000. The settled complaint, filed in February 2024, alleged failure to honor in full its 2020 notice to withdraw limited partnership interest in breach of fund’s limited partnership agreement.

Koelliker is currently registered as a broker with KKR Capital Markets in San Francisco, CA. Koelliker also reportedly serves as Vice President of M360 Advisors, LLC, in Ladera Ranch, CA.
