According to FINRA BrokerCheck, broker George Jing, formerly of Transamerica Financial Advisors, has been permanently barred by FINRA in October 2025 after he refused to provide documents and information requested by FINRA in connection with an investigation into whether he participated in an undisclosed OBA or private securities transactions.
In August 2024, Transamerica Financial Advisors terminated Jing’s registration with the firm, citing allegations that he participated in an undisclosed outside business activity and/or an undisclosed private securities transaction.

On August 25, 2025, as part of its investigation into whether he participated in an undisclosed outside business activity or private securities transaction(s), FINRA sent a request to Jing for the production of information and documents pursuant to FINRA Rule 8210. By refusing to produce the information and documents requested pursuant to FINRA Rule 8210, Jing violated FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010.
On August 11, 2025, Transamerica filed a Uniform Termination Notice for Securities Industry Registration (Form U5) disclosing that Jing was terminated because he “is alleged to have participated in an undisclosed outside business activity and/or an undisclosed private securities transaction.”
