According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Brandon Larsen was recently sanctioned and suspended in connection with alleged rule violations. A Letter of Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent (No. 2024081055001) describes FINRA’s disciplinary action against Mr. Larsen. Filed in August 2025, it describes allegations that he exercised discretion in the 14 brokerage accounts, effecting 165 trades, without the customers’ written authorization to exercise discretion or his member firm’s acceptance of the accounts as discretionary. FINRA suspended him for one month and ordered him to pay a fine of $5,000.

Brandon Larsen was terminated from Thrivent Investment Management on January 8, 2024 after the firm concluded that the registered representative violated Firm policies regarding unauthorized and discretionary trading, conducting electronic communications outside of approved channels, and failure to disclose an outside business activity.
Larsen was registered with Thrivent Investment Management from 10/03/2013 – 01/22/2024. He is currently registered with Equity Services, Inc. in Green Bay, WI.
